The Alicia Keys Situation

It has been confirmed that Alicia Keys is 4 months pregnant and engaged as well. Most people are not sending thier well wishes & congratulations, most fans are angry at her, ashamed and have even gone as far as throwing her down the same black hole that they threw Chris Brown and Tiger Woods in.  For those that aren't aware, Alicia is pregnant by Swizz Beats who until recently was married! They are rumored to have had an affair for over a year before Swizz and his wife got a divorce. I have read so many comments on the blogs about her being a homewrecker, about them being dissapointed in her and even more comments relating to her "Superwoman" song and how she is everything but. Oh how quick we are to judge.
When did Alicia Keys become immortal? When did we loose everything in ourselves so far that we turn to celebrities and idolize them and then hurt when they take actions that are only human? Do I agree with what "she did"? I believe like most of us women out there, Alicia just wants to be loved. Even with all of the fame & fourtune things are still missing. I believe that Alicia met Swizz and worked with him over the years and probably developed a very close friendship. I believe that over the years that friend turned into someone she could love. She probably told herself over & over I  can't do this! This is so wrong, this man is married, he has a family. But things happen sometimes, not in any way we plan them. I don't believe that she is 100% comfortable in the situation she is in. No woman would be, but sometimes when your heart is telling you that you love someone, that is all you hear.
I don't think that Alicia is less of a woman because of the way her situation came about. Maybe I don't feel this way because I'm not married, or have never experienced this, but I do know what it feels like to have feelings for someone and know that that person makes you smile and happy and in those moments that is all you have ever wanted. I am excited for her as a woman, as a mother and as a person. She has been given the greatest gift in life, a child, that was no accident. I hope and pray that she is able to ignore the negativity and focus on her new family. I hope that she is able to accept his other children into her life and they develop a great solid relationship. That is what's important now.
We have all done things that may have been questionable or wrong in society's eyes. We have all made mistakes. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone!
