Currently Reading...

As most of you know I've been a little obsessed with reading blogs lateley. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I finish my work way to early in the day and then have to find ish to keep me busy and kill time! Sooooo I started reading Jennsylvania and I love her style of writing. I also noticed that she had a few books out so I went on amazon to read the excerpts. Based on those short little excerpts I was dying with laughter. Yesterday I purchased one of her books online called "Bitter is the new black". Let me tell you, Jen Lancaster is a talented Mofo! She is super funny and I can't wait to read her other books. This also helps me halfway cross out an item on my 31 in 31 days list, which by the way I only have 7 days to complete. If any of you out there have not read it, trust me go get it!

This brings me to another issue...when I purchased the book they had an offer for something called a Kindle. Basically it's like a little compact computer ish thing that you can download books to and read while on the go! It's sleek and compact and a fabulous idea! It's like an Ipod for books! Ha! The only issue I have is that I kind of like to have the actual book so that I can rebuild my collection. When I moved back home to St.Croix I left over 100 books in Atlanta because I couldn't afford to ship them all. I still like the idea of the Kindle, but since it does cost $259.00 I guess for now it can wait :)
