I need to get on board and start doing the things on my list because at this rate, i'll be 60 before I finish! A lot of the things on my list are dependant on time...
1.Get my Bachelors Degree
-4/18/2011 (Give or take, maybe in less time)
2.Enroll in Grad School
-Also can't be done unless I complete No. 1
3.Get a job I love/Love my job
-Still working on this one, I like my job, but I don't love it yet, it's also not what I see myself doing in 5 years, but the company has potential...getting there
4.Lose 30 lbs.
-Seriously I need to get on this ASAP, I'm still making excuses and not going walking like I should've started hmm say three weeks ago. I have lost a little bit of weight & by little bit I do mean hardly noticeable to the untrained eye. I'm eating better and not doing junk food because of lent so that helps..Just gotta get moving, maybe i'll research a dance class.
5.Get a Tattoo
-Still thinking this one out...I hate pain!
6.Vacation in a different country
7.Fall In Love (Open my heart)
-I thought about giving a donation to Suz's Mission Trip so I think this payday i'll do that. Oh I also want to do the Drive-Tru pass it on one, but I guess that'll have to wait until after Lent.
-Working on this one hard! My best friend told me I should forgive my princess's donor, but it's not in my heart right now. I had a friend who was super close and she betrayed me in the worse way, I think i'm okay now , I'm not angry at what she did anymore and although we aren't great friends I see her and don't feel any anger or resentment towards her...I might be on to something here....
10.Watch the sunrise on the beach
-Somehow this should be tied into fall in love, lol! Watching the sunrise with a friend isn't as fun (In my opinion off course)
11.Start my own business
-Hmmm, yeah...need some time to think about executing this one.
12.Buy a new car
-The plans are there, just gotta find a car I like that reasonably priced within my budget, I'll keep you all updated
13.Write a book
-I started a book back in 2006, had about 16,000 words, not a lot to a real writer but to me this was progress...I can't find that damn disk..WTF (I do have an interesting story though...Book 2 let's go)
14.Buy myself real diamonds
-Again research...saw some on Tiffany's Website
15.Go on a real family vacation
16.Have a real family dinner (set the table, bless the meal etc.)
17.Own at least 1 pair of Jimmy Choos or Louboutins
-I need me some red bottoms ASAP!
18.Build a better relationship with God, raise Nia to know God & the church
-I'm gonna do this, I have to...This Sunday I plan on it..I'll keep you updated
-Hey I did this..offcourse I can always do more, but I did invite 2 people and am adding another today!
20.Take Nia to Disney World!
-2011 Is the year!
21.Ride a motorcycle
22.Own at least 1 expensive purse ( I mean real expensive :) )
-I may make a trip to Puerto Rico sometime before the summer
-I completed this too! I spoke to an old co-worker/friend Dana!
24. Double up my classes for 1 semester!
-I'll admit, i'm a little scared about this one, but i'll do it!
25.Take Nia on a weekend getaway, Just me & her!
-Looking into hotels, I wish I could just take her with me to PR, but the last time I did that I had the worst experience..I may keep it local until she's a little older
26. Read 100 Books
-I'm more than halfway done and I had books I still didn't list so i'll just start at 75 and say I need to read 25 more to complete the list.
27. Upgrade my blog!
-Soon
28. Finish Nia's first album
-I will be ordering the prints sometime this week
29. Fly First Class
-Maybe i'll splurge when I go to Atlanta this year
30. Live on your own again
-I'm searching for a place, but they are sooo expensive...gotta keep looking.
